Genograms cannot be saved as a genogram file (* .gpf ) in the demo version.
It is also not possible to export genograms as an image file.
To be able to
use all functions of Genogram Creator, the program must first be activated
by entering a valid license key. To do this, follow these steps: Start
Genogram Creator. Select "?" In the top menu bar and then the entry "Enter
license key". Enter the personal key you received when you purchased the
program in the input mask and then confirm with "OK". If the license key
has been entered correctly, a corresponding message appears. Genogram
Creator is now unlocked and can be used fully.
Genogram Creator can be run on a Windows Terminal Server using a multi-user license. The following setting is required for Genogram Creator to run correctly on the server:
Data Execution Prevention (DEP) setting:
You must either select "Turn on DEP for essential Windows programs and services only" or, alternatively, add Genogram Creator to the list of programs excluded from DEP.
You can access the "Data Execution Prevention" dialog box via the following path: Control Panel > System and Security > System > Advanced system settings > Advanced > Settings
> Data Execution Prevention.
Genograms created with Genogram Creator can be precisely inserted into
Word documents. You will find corresponding instructions in the tutorial,
which you can find in the program via the menu item "?" Online help /
instructions ".
